Skate cooked with vinegar and algae salt served with potatoes


Portions for 4 servings:

3/4 lbs skate

2 tbsp wine vinegar

1 tbsp algae salt


3/4 lbs potatoes



Boil a large quantity of water with algae salt and vinegar. When the water starts simmering, cook the skate for 20mn.

Steam the potatoes for 25mn and serve with fresh butter.

If there is some skate leftover, it can be used cold in a salad.
